Let the folks touring park in the handicap spots- they didn’t have plates or placards because ‘there wasn’t any other place to park’. He just walked away laughing. Totally disrespectful and inconsiderate to current homeowners. Find another realtor this company has terrible standards! Update: The business reply is lacking in full comprehension of state laws and regulations for parking. Blaming a language barrier on the reason for their realtors sad excuse of why their clients parked in a handicap spot. Their communication was very clear as the client clearly cited the reason for parking in a handicap spot was due to lack of regular spaces available. Obviously indicating they knew what they were doing with the realtors acknowledgement-considering his response. The tense interaction was because the realtor audibly laughed and found the situation funny when a resident who IS handicapped needed the spot and was unable to use it because his client had parked there. It would behoove Dan Chin and his associates to demonstrate respect for the residents of the community and I would urge anyone who is looking for a realtor to go elsewhere!”

“My partner and I were first-time homebuyers and we bought a house listed by Dan Chin.  I thought it was sorta embarrassing for Dan Chin when he called me to try to sell me his services as buyer's agent the day after we made an offer (with our agent) on a property Dan had listed.  But mistakes happen.  Except that was not the end of the incompetence. Every step of the way, Dan Chin made our simple real estate transaction more difficult.  I'm not sure if his client realized the extent to which he fumbled the process.  He was difficult to communicate with, and he (apparently accidentally) almost killed the entire deal.  Due to a contractor delay in getting us an estimate, we needed one additional day to extend the inspection contingency.  Despite our agent discussing this directly with Dan Chin and it being acceptable to the buyer, he insisted that the correct way to handle the matter was by sending a Notice Not to Cure.  Eventually it all worked out, with the buyer apparently blissfully unaware his agent had nearly killed the entire transaction. Dan Chin was condescending and rude throughout.  He would not even respond to our agent to schedule closing, and she ended up having to reach out the title company to get it scheduled.  What the heck? Since his company has so many good reviews, the only conclusion that I can reach is that Dan Chin and his company are transphobic. To top it all off, now Dan Chin Homesjust sent me an email asking to leave a review on working with this company.  Okayyy. I recommend staying far far away from Dan Chin's company whether you are selling or buying, and especially if you or anyone in your family is queer or trans.  I would not even think of making an offer on a property listed by his company in the future, and I have been warning my friends to stay away from this company.  The amount of stress and difficulty he caused by his unprofessional behavior was not worth it.”

Our condo sold in five days for full price. We were overjoyed and will never sell another home with anyone else.”
